At Incap Electronics US, we specialize in high-quality electronics manufacturing and testing solutions. As a Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and quality of our products while working with cutting-edge technology and industry-leading customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the engineering liaison for assigned customers, providing technical support and solutions
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to address various technical issues
• Program manufacturing equipment using the latest software tools
• Maintain, modify, and document In-Circuit and Functional Test Fixtures/Programs
• Develop and update manufacturing instructions and procedures for testing and assembly programming
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product lines, sub-assemblies, and failing tests
• Assist with root-cause analysis and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support new business transitions and product introductions
• Evaluate and select suppliers, vendors, and capital equipment for test processes
• Review and prepare labor estimates and cost analysis

What You Bring to the Team:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital, and RF circuits
• Hands-on approach with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with Through Hole and SMT Assembly (a plus)
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO policies and procedures (a plus)
