1.  Responsible for planning, design, and construction activities associated with electrical or thermal generation and distribution systems projects along with other assigned University projects.  2.  Manage complex Utilities engineering projects from the design phase through to completion of construction, commissioning and final project turnover to Operations. Provide advice to ensure conformity with specifications, codes, regulations and University standards.
