Job Summary: About the Position: This position is a part of our Facilitates Management department within the Facilities Planning and Management Division at UW-Madison. The primary responsibility is to program, manage and direct the operation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, improvements, and asset management of assigned campus facilities. This position will act as the primary point of contact for the facilities assigned and as the representative for the Physical Plant to the colleges and tenants under their cognizance ensuring facilities are professionally maintained and developed at a level that meets their mission requirements.
