Description: We are looking for a Permit Expeditor to facilitate the smooth completion of permitting for our internal construction projects. A Permit Expeditor is responsible for preparing building permit submittal packages, as well as coordinating the efficient submittal, approval, and retrieval from local jurisdictions, leading to timely Certificates of Occupancy. The goal is to support the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. The Permit Expeditor communicates the status of each permit, and works closely with Project Managers to meet company timelines and goals.
