Minimum of 10 years of experience in PPBE. Experience with automated tools. Knowledge of program planning, scheduling, budget planning/formulation, and cost analysis; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or Associate’s degree plus four additional years of experience. Individual should also have experience in acquisition cost estimating, federal audits, acquisition budgeting, and DOD expiring funds research. Must have expert knowledge of current USSOCOM financial systems, procedures and processes. Active final Secret Clearance required, ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI access upon employment.
