ACT I is seeking an Air Vehicle Senior Scheduler and Earned Value Management Analyst to support the Cost and Earned Value Management Integrated Program Team (IPT) of the F-35 Lightning II Program. The F-35 Lightning II Program is a joint, multi-national program that is developing and deploying the next generation strike aircraft weapon systems among the USAF, USN, and USMC, and U.S. (United States) allies composed of eight cooperative international partners and four Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries. The F-35 Lightning II Program is composed of three (3) variant family of highly common and affordable 5th Generation strike fighter aircraft and is a Major ACAT I Defense Acquisition Program.
Air Vehicle Senior Scheduler: In support of F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office, the Air Vehicle Senior Schedulers shall provide schedule analysis support to the Cost and Earned Value Management (EVM). The Air Vehicle Senior Scheduler shall analyze scheduling practices and understand the health of the Integrated Master Schedule. The contractor shall work with EVM Analysts to relate schedule and cost variances. The Air Vehicle Senior Scheduler shall generate analysis reports and provide critical issues to F-35 leadership. He or she shall assist in supporting program office leads and IPTs and management by providing critical results for Estimate at Complete (EAC) forecasts.
The Senior Scheduler shall possess a SECRET clearance. It is required that the Air Vehicle Senior Scheduler possesses the following qualifications: • B.A or B.S. in Business, Management, Engineering, or other quantitative field. • Seven (7) years of relevant Acquisition Program experience, all seven (7) of those years in Schedule Analysis on MDAP or other industry equivalent. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; primarily Excel and PowerPoint, and Project. • Demonstrated experience presenting to Flag Officers and Senior Civilians. • Working knowledge of Primavera software. • Provide recommendations for schedule inputs into the Estimates at Complete (EAC) process. • Requires mastery of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent toolset.
Experience supporting Schedule Risk Analysis and Integrated Baseline Reviews is highly desirable.
